I love that she was tricked I to swallowing the food creation device! If this isn't original, it is close to it! (Don't hesitate to use it again through) 
I also like that you address why not just simply vomit to save herself. Many stories pass over that.
Also , a personal preference, don't be afraid to throw a little vore in there. It's okay for the dragoness/giantess/whoever to take a bunch of nameless villagers out with them
